Another addition to my Shinjuku building series. I hope you like it and leave me a comment. I might post another 1 or 2 before finishing the series.

Nice shot, like the other said, I wish to see more sky and maybe the focus in the middle of the frame instead of the bottom... but it looks very nice !

@Benny Martini: Thanks for the advice. It all helps.
You know...think I am gonna disagree with the 'more sky' calls. I love the way that this captures Shinjuku and this shot with the skyscrapers 'scraping' the top of the frame only go to reinforce the nature of the compressed and claustrophobic nature of urban Japan. Everything looks squeezed and compressed. Which is the way it is in Japanese cities. This is turning into a really really good series Darren. Post the others!

@Shadow Mountains: I'm glad you saw it the saw it the way I wanted to portay. Thanks for the supporting comments. Maybe add to the series, see how it goes.
yep im with shadow on this one. for me this is a stonkin' city shot - more sky would alter the focus and perspective and you might lose the view of the streets bottom-left, which really add to the depth of the scene.
the details down there and in the buildings in the foreground are just great. excellent capture daz!

@Stu: Thanks Stu, more support. My next one does have a little more sky though.
Another great take Daz. Love the processing to this series and the detail in the shots. Such a sprawling metropolis. I think keeping the horizon where it is adds visual tension to the shot and gives the buildings a more overpowering feeling. Besides taking out the buildings for more sky would take away from the structures in the foreground. Great shot.

@Chris Sullivan: Thanks mate. I think no sky has taken over more sky now so I guess it's better as is.
