This is the best of them all. I cant do this in PS. Ive tried. I just cant get Sepia going for me. The downed windsurf motif froms a wonderful, leading you right from the 'front' to the 'back' of the image. This is one of your best shots man. Full stop.

Try desaturating the image and then apply the sepia filter in Image adjustments photo filters mate. I set the sepia filter at anywhere between 70-90%, 100% is just too strong.
