I'm actually not near a computer for this weekend so I'll get around to everyone when I get back.

It really has a sense of timelessness, love the tones and composition. Don't know which one I prefer - can I go for both?!

Definitely prefer this one Daz. Love the colour. Could be Mallory we're looking at! Spectacular backdrop.

Can I choose the first of the series - it's a fabulous sea of cloud. Which is why of these two I prefer yesterday's - the cloud is much more impressive.

Is that me?? Yay I'm internet Famous...if that's not me I feel like a right bakka. Anyway the photo is great I like the lines of the path brings back memories mate. We should go up there again with our tripods and SLR's!!!

@Colour blind: Could be mate. It is a pretty big head. Just joking mate. We should go up again but you remember when we went up that time in the middle of the biggest electrical storm in 25 years??? Do you really want to go back up?

I prefer this one to yesterdays, there's more light here giving the photo a more dynamic feel. I also like the sepia-like tinting. It really is a timeless shot. Great series Daz

When I was playing around with this I played with Sepia and B&W and decided to use both and blend.

It is a pretty spectacular place. If you every get a chance you should climb it yourself mate.

I'm enjoying all of these - not willing to call a favourite though. It's a strange sense of desolation and altitude you've captured here, with the people queuing up like penguins. Certainly a side of Fuji-san I've never seen before. After looking at these, I'm not sure I'd like to climb it. Did you enjoy it?

It's amazing how many people do climb Fuji every summer. The last kilometer or so moves at a snail pace.
