Lone Windsurfer

Once again another photo from my sailing club but this time of a game windsurfer. The water temperature has dropped quite a lot over the last couple of weeks so the number of windsurfers has also dropped quite a lot. Anyway I really like the sun reflecting of the water. What do you think? Let me know. Constructive criticism also welcome.

Yup, the reflected light is very nice and it actually gets better and better as you scroll down the image, culminating in that gorgeous silvery sheen on the wet sand itself. Id be interested in seeing this with a little more exposure, more out of curiositys sake than the image needing it, but it'd be interesting to see how it'd look with more contrast (pure silhouette and darker sea). But its a damn fine shot.

Sparkle sparkle. If you didn't know better it'd look like he was diving into an ocean of champagne!! I'm loving the b&w mate....you've inspired me to try out some as well. Keep it up!!

@Colour blind: Thanks mate. The mooring fees there are just as expensive as champagne so it wouldn't make a difference if it was. You have a nice capture today too mate.

the glare is really eye-catching mate and totally echo duncan re the reflection in the damp sand. the b&w is perfect too. nice capture.
